At Arvello, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our limited-edition pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to assist.
Eligibility
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Exclusions: Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
Return Options
- Refund: To your original payment method
- Store Credit: Receive a store credit for future purchases
- Exchange: Subject to stock availability
Return Shipping
- Australia: A flat fee of $12 AUD will be deducted from your refund for return shipping
- International: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
How to initiate a return
- Request a return for domestic over via email contact@arvello.com.au
- Drop off your package at the nearest post office or courier location
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and store credits will be emailed to you
Faulty Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at contact@arvello.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Arvello
